Ordering & Shipping

Ordering

The ordering process for products in Michael Sheen’s campaign, launching August 30th, is as follows:

1. When you’re ready to order, send us a DM on Twitter or email us to receive an order form. Please indicate if you are interested in ordering the full lot at this time.

2. We will send you an order form and a unique ID (required for all orders)

3. Place your order and check your email confirmation for accuracy

4. Add up the total amount of your order

5. Donate the amount to either Huggard or Llamau or split between both.

   **Donations to other charities will not be accepted for this campaign
   **Donations must be GBP (£)
   **Donations are due within 24 hours of placing an order

6. Send us a screenshot of your donation as soon as you can. Orders will not be confirmed until screenshots have been submitted and checked against your order

7. If you need to make changes to an order or would like to submit another order, let us know

8. We will reach out when part or all of your order has shipped

Important: If an item sells out we will indicate that on the website, in a tweet, and remove the item from the order form. If ordering is closed prior to the end of the two week window we will also indicate that on both the website and on Twitter.

Shipping

Shipping is free and we ship all around the world! If you’d like to donate to this project we are accepting donations to help with shipping costs only. Please send us a message if you’re interested in helping!

Depending on your order and location you may receive more than one package from us. We will let you know exactly what ships and when and you’re always welcome to come check on your order status with us.

For orders that include a t-shirt:

• So we can ensure sizes are ordered properly, t-shirts are pre-order only for a two week window after launch or until quantity limits have been reached. After that time we will place a bulk order for the shirts and begin shipping them as soon as they arrive to us.
