Polaroid Campaign Store: Ordering & Shipping

Ordering

The ordering process for products for the Polaroid Campaign store, launching August 15th, is as follows:

1. When you’re ready to order, send us a DM on Twitter or email us (orders@thewhitecurl.com) to receive an order form

2. We will send you an order form and a unique ID (required for all orders)

   Order forms might look a little bit different this time around, but be sure to fill it out for the items you want and provide an accurate shipping address 

3. Place your order and check your email confirmation for accuracy. The email will also contain the total amount of your order. In the confirmation email and on the confirmation page you will also find the links for where to donate and the form to submit your proof of donation (yes, we have a way to submit screenshots now!)

4. Donate the total amount to Adferiad Recovery

   **Donations to other charities will not be accepted for this campaign

   **Donations must be in GBP (£)

   **Proof of donations are due within 24 hours of placing an order

   The link to donate can be found in your confirmation email, on the order confirmation page, and here: https://www.justgiving.com/adferiadrecovery

5. Different from our previous campaigns, this time around you will upload an image of your donation confirmation. Screenshots/uploads must show donation amount and donation ID/confirmation number. You will find the link to upload your proof on the order confirmation page AND in your order confirmation email!

   After submitting proof of donation through the form, if you do not hear back from us your order has been confirmed. We will only reach out if there are issues or we cannot confirm your order

6. If you need to make changes to an order or would like to submit another order, reach out to us via email or DM

7. We will reach out when your order has shipped

Important: If an item sells out we will indicate that on the website, in a tweet, and the item will be marked as sold out on the order form.

Shipping

Shipping is free and we ship all around the world! If you’d like to donate to this project we are accepting donations to help with shipping costs only. Please send us a message if you’re interested in helping!

Note: We are not responsible for customs/VAT/import taxes and fees in your country.

When will I receive my items?

We will always keep you up to date so you know when your items ship. We will also provide updates when shipping begins on our Twitter. We estimate shipping will start around September 1st but this will depend on when items arrive at our HQ.
