Ordering & Shipping

Ordering

The ordering process for products in the Staged campaign, launching February 5th, is as follows:

1. When you’re ready to order, send us a DM on Twitter or email us (thewhitecurlorders@gmail.com) to receive an order form. Please indicate if you are interested in ordering the Ultimate Staged bundle (all items available) at that time as it requires a special order form

2. We will send you an order form and a unique ID (required for all orders)

3. Place your order and check your email confirmation for accuracy. Please let us know if you intend to order multiples of 1 design on 1 item (ex: several of the same postcard)

4. Add up the total amount of your order

5. Donate the amount to either Voices From Care Cymru or CW+, or split between both
   **Donations to other charities will not be accepted for this campaign
   **Donations must be in GBP (£)
   **Proof of donations are due within 24 hours of placing an order

6. Send us a screenshot of your donation as soon as you can using the same method of communication you used to request your order form. Orders will not be confirmed until screenshots have been submitted and checked against your order. Screenshots must show donation amount and donation ID/confirmation number

7. If you need to make changes to an order or would like to submit another order, reach out to us using the same method of communication you used to request your original order form. You have until February 19th to make changes or submit another order

8. We will reach out when your order has shipped, this will not happen before March 1st

Important: If an item sells out we will indicate that on the website, in a tweet, and remove the item from the order form. If ordering is closed prior to the end of the two week window we will also indicate that on both the website and on Twitter.

Shipping

Shipping is free and we ship all around the world! If you’d like to donate to this project we are accepting donations to help with shipping costs only. Please send us a message if you’re interested in helping!

Note: We are not responsible for customs/VAT/import taxes and fees in your country.

When will I receive my items?

We will begin shipping orders the first week of March and we will always keep you up to date so you know when your items ship. We anticipate a high volume of orders so please be patient with us while we ship as fast as we can. If you have not received a shipping notification by the middle of March please DM or email us to check on your order.
