How to Order and FAQs
How do I order?
All orders must be placed via this order form. You can also find this link at the top of The Guide Store while you’re browsing. Open the form, select the quantity of each item you’d like to order, fill out your personal information for shipping, complete your donation, attach a screenshot (with confirmation number/donation ID), and submit!
Please check your receipt in email for order/address accuracy. If you have questions or need to make changes to your order please contact us (orders@thewhitecurl.com)
And shipping is free anywhere in the world!
Can I donate to any charity I wish?
For any purchase from The Guide Store you MUST donate to the Everyone Deserves a Christmas 2022 appeal.
Donations must be made in GBP (£) and must total equal or greater than your purchase amount.
What is the Everyone Deserves a Christmas appeal?
Each year Everyone Deserves a Christmas provides food hampers filled with Christmas essentials and treats to individuals and families in need across Swansea, Neath, and Port Talbot.
This year, with your help, they aim to create at least 500 food hampers full of staples like cheese, meat, and vegetables, and added goodies like pudding, chocolate and crackers. A large team of volunteers will purchase, pack and deliver the hampers in the days before Christmas.

Will items sell out?
The calendar is the only limited availability item, all other items will be reordered when quantities run out. We will mark items that are in reorder status on the store and order form. If you purchase an item that has been reordered your shipping date will be delayed.
Why are there watermarks on the images?
These images are copyright protected and we are discouraging the improper download and usage of them by applying watermarks and lowering resolution. Any prints or digitals ordered will not include these watermarks and will be in full resolution, for personal use only.
What can I do with the digital downloads?
The digital versions of any image you purchase are for your personal use only. We encourage you to use them to print your own, make phone backgrounds, desktop backgrounds, etc.
No parties/individuals purchasing digital copies of images from thewhitecurl.com may otherwise copy, modify, publish, transmit, sell, or distribute the contents of the photographs found herein. Express written permission must be granted, on behalf of the photographer (copyright holder, the director of TWC), in order to use these photographs for any purpose beyond personal use. Requests: admin@thewhitecurl.com
When will my order ship?
Calendars and prints: We aim to get those that order first their packages by Christmas but we are all at the mercy of the shipping gods during the holiday season so we ask for patience. Most items will begin shipping immediately.
Digital downloads: We plan to deliver digital downloads within 24-48 hours of an order being placed, dependent on demand. Please make sure you use the correct email for your order as that is where you will receive them.
