How do I order?

At the top of the TWC Artist Store as well as the Special Campaign Store you will see a link to our new order forms. Select the quantity of each item you’d like to order, fill out your personal information for shipping, complete your donation, attach a screenshot (with confirmation/donation ID!), and submit! If you have questions please contact us.

Can I donate to any charity I wish?

For the TWC Artist Store you can donate to any charity we support. You can find the list of those charities here.

For the Special Campaign Store you MUST donate to one of the charities listed below the item you are ordering. These charities were the original recipients of donations for those items when the campaigns were live.

When will new items be available to order?

We are aiming to release a small number of new designs each month. We will base the number of new designs/quantity available on our budget for production and shipping each month.

When will my order ship?

Our inventory management and shipping schedule is changing! In addition to our older existing inventory we will offer items that have not yet been sent to production so we can more accurately order appropriate quantities. We will now ship orders on or near the 15th and 30th each month so we have time to place orders for items, receive them, and then turn them around to you!

If your order only contains older existing inventory it will ship on the closest shipping date to the date your order was placed. (Example: If you order on the 8th, it will ship on or near the 15th)

Why are there only stickers and postcards?

For now that is what our budget allows while we plan for future special campaigns that require the majority of our budget to execute.

Is the 3 for £10 offer still available?

It is not. All items are now £5 each. This is entirely down to the cost of shipping increases over the last 12 months.

An item on the order form says it is sold out, when will it be back?

We will occasionally reorder sold out items when we have budget room so check back each month to see if the item you’re looking for has returned!

Note: Items in the Special Campaign Store will not be reordered when they sell out.
