How do I order?
All orders must be placed via this order form. You can also find this link at the top of TWCxSFW Store while you’re browsing.

Select the quantity of each item you’d like to order or choose a bundle!
Fill out your personal information for shipping
Complete your donation
Attach a screenshot of your email confirmation from localgiving (with confirmation number/donation ID), and submit!
Please check your receipt in email for order/address accuracy. If you have questions or need to make changes to your order please contact us (orders@thewhitecurl.com)
And shipping is free anywhere in the world!
Can I donate to any charity I wish?
For any purchase from the TWCxSFW Store you MUST donate to the Street Football Wales Homeless World Cup Appeal.
Donations must be made in GBP (£) and must total equal or greater than your purchase amount.
Can I donate to The White Curl?
We only accept donations to help with shipping costs. If you’re interested in helping please email us (orders@thewhitecurl.com) or send us a DM on Twitter!
Will items sell out?
All items are pre-order only and will no longer be available if we reach our quantity limits prior to the store closing on April 30th
The reversible bucket hat and enamel pins are both limited edition items and not pre-order items, so once they’re gone, they’re gone!
When will my order ship?
We will place the orders for all pre-order items as soon as the store closes on April 30th. It will take about two weeks for all items to arrive to us and we will then begin shipping. Historically it has taken us 7-10 days to finish shipping once all items are in hand.
You will receive a tracking number when your order is shipped but if you want to check on the status of your order at any time please email us at orders@thewhitecurl.com
I’m not sure which size to order
Come chat with us, we can help! Or check out the size guide. Because all clothing items are heathered and thus contain polyester, they have more of a stretch to them than 100% cotton. The hoodie and shirts are ever so lightly fitted but we only notice that in the shoulders and chest. The hoodie is midweight so not as bulky as a thicker all-cotton hoodie. The shirts run a little longer than our previous shirts but are soft-style and comfortable!
How will I know if an item is no longer available?
If it is still available on the website and/or the order form, it can be purchased. If we close ordering entirely before April 30th we will announce that on Twitter and on the Store page for this campaign. We will also tweet when an item is close to reaching its quantity limit or has sold out.
Can I substitute items in the bundles?
No, bundle configurations are set in stone. However, you can add individual items to any order or place multiple orders. If you aren’t sure how to place the order you want (ex: 3 of the same shirt in all different sizes) just reach out to us and we’ll help!
Why is the enamel pin cheaper as a bundle add-on?
Because we have to be mindful of our shipping budget we can offer a lower price for it when it’s combined with other items!
